Kidd Russell: Suburban Anthropology 2

This week, Kidd Russell brings it back to the burbs for his latest edition of the Beer and Hip Hop series.

We drove back to my home town Deerfield, Il to shoot the video for suburban anthropology. We remixed Asher Roths “I love college” beat to make this laid back track about growing up in the suburbs. It was originally “Say it ain’t so” by weezer.

We shot this video in 3 hours stopped by some of my favorite spots growing up including my high school, elementary school, mitchell park, dear franks, tony subs and more…
